Sardinian and Italian tradition on the plate, faithful to the recipe or reinvented. Great respect to Sardinian products, trying to rely mainly on local ones from the coast and the sea to the inland of the island, with special attention to our “neighbours”. Half board option allow you to choose among these dishes. Every evening à la càrte menù and specials straight out of the chef daily creativity and seasonal ingredients availability. A selection of wine mainly from Sradinian vineyards will be available to enhance your dinner.
