Ristrot opened in July 2020 within Baja Azzurra Hotel.
Sardinian and Italian tradition is on the plate, along with chef creativity. We love to use what Italian lands can offer, trying to rely mainly on local products, from the coast through the inland countryside into the blue sea, but we keep our horizons wider.
Half board options allow you to choose traditional and modern dishes on daily basis.
Every evening à la càrte menù and often special dishes from the chef inspiration and seasonal ingredients availability, are suggested to our guests.
A selection of wine from Sradinian and Italian vineyards will be available to enhance your dinner.
